User Login (Last Updated on 11/10/22 at 6:51 AM CT)
  • Issue: Users are not able to access Preceptor Training after resetting their password
    • Update: Our team investigated and found the root cause. The QA team has tested and verified that all is working as expected. Code changes are ready to be pushed to the Production environment as soon as 11/4/22.
  • Issue: Some users have reported that after resetting their passwords in the Fisdap widget, they are unable to login to their account after the reset.
    • Update: The Fisdap team is working on the longer-term fix for the issue, however a workaround solution has been identified. Please contact Fisdap Support for assistance if you are experiencing this issue.
  • Issue: If the email is a duplicate – or already in use – users (students and instructors) cannot change their information in their user profile. Specifically, the graduation information. In addition, changes to the user profile do not save.
    • Update: We are working to resolve this issue but do not have an estimate for when code changes will be pushed live to resolve it. 
  • Issue: The Fisdap user login process was changed due to security protocols required for our business. We are aware that this change has impacted customers who need to utilize the same email/login for students through each level of training. 
    • Update: A triage team is assembled to solely focus on any user login issues and is actively working on closing all open Support tickets. 81% of open tickets have been resolved. If you are experiencing any user login issues, please email Fisdap Support at support@fisdap.net.
  • The following may be helpful tips to consider:
    • If instructors or students are having trouble logging in, please try to login with the user's email address instead of the user's username.
    • If you are a Navigate & Fisdap User, you are able to use your same login information on both platforms
    • If you are a new user to Fisdap, and already have a Navigate account, please log in with your Navigate credentials
    • If you are a new user to Navigate, and already have a Fisdap account, please log in with your Fisdap credentials.

Competency Tracker (Last Updated on 11/14/22 at 12:00 PM CT)

  • Issue: All Fisdap users that originated on My Account/Jones & Bartlett Learning and Navigate cannot access the new Competency Tracker
    • Update: Code changes have been deployed to the Production environment in the evening of Thursday, 9/29/22. The QA team has tested and verified that all is working as expected.
  • Issue: Competency Tracker users cannot access the Competency Tracker Reports dropdown menu.
    • Update: A fix was pushed to the Production environment on Tuesday, September 27th, however some users reported still having trouble accessing the reports dropdown menu. The Fisdap team investigated and found the root cause. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment to correct remaining issues on the evening of 10/2/22.
  • Issue: Students are seeing the wrong number of actual values on Table 1 of the SMC report .
    • Update: Our team has identified root cause of the issue. Code changes are undergoing testing by the QA team now.
  • Issue: Students are not getting credit on Table 2 of the SMC goal set template and Paramedic goal set template for the "Respiratory/Breathing Problem/Distress" impression, formative goal. Currently, the goal only gives credit for "Smoke Inhalation."
    • Update: This issue requires multiple teams to handle the development work. The first phase of development work has been completed and tested. The second phase of development work has been completed and is currently in QA testing. We anticipate a fix by 11/16.
  • Issue: Students are not getting credit on Table 3 of the SMC report for the "ET - Orotracheal Intubation" patient goal when the field is filled out on a patient scenario.  
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Wednesday, 11/9/22.
  • Issue: When running the student progress report, users are seeing the goals repeat and the repeated goals are displaying different Actual Values 
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Thursday, 10/20/22.

Skills Tracker (Last Updated on 10/26/22 at 9:31 AM CT)

  • Issue: Fisdap Skills Tracker users who are trying to use the Skills Report, the report is not populating Medication Routes
    • Update: The Fisdap team investigated and found the root cause. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on the evening of Monday, 10/10/22.
  • Issue: Students are not able to create a shift when using the mobile app. Students do not have the option to add the site and base. They are seeing a message that says no sites or bases available. Issue is happening with both Android and iOS.
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on 9/29/22.  
  • Issue: Preceptor Training course images are not loading properly. Images are showing as broken links; however, the functionality is working as expected
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on 10/19/22.
