User Login 
  • Issue: Users are not able to access Preceptor Training after resetting their password
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Thursday, 1/5/23.
  • Issue: Some users have reported that after resetting their passwords in the Fisdap widget, they are unable to login to their account after the reset.
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Thursday, 1/5/23.
  • Issue: If the email is a duplicate – or already in use – users (students and instructors) cannot change their information in their user profile. Specifically, the graduation information. In addition, changes to the user profile do not save.
    • Update: Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Thursday, 1/5/23. However, some users have reported still seeing the issue after the 1/5 release. An additional release is scheduled for Tuesday, 1/10/23 that should correct the issue.
  • Issue: The Fisdap user login process was changed due to security protocols required for our business. We are aware that this change has impacted customers who need to utilize the same email/login for students through each level of training. 
    • Update: A triage team is assembled to solely focus on any user login issues and is actively working on closing all open Support tickets. Approximately 90% of tickets have been resolved. If you are experiencing any user login issues, please email Fisdap Support at support@fisdap.net.
  • The following may be helpful tips to consider:
    • If instructors or students are having trouble logging in, please try to login with the user's email address instead of the user's username.
    • If you are a Navigate & Fisdap User, you are able to use your same login information on both platforms
    • If you are a new user to Fisdap, and already have a Navigate account, please log in with your Navigate credentials
    • If you are a new user to Navigate, and already have a Fisdap account, please log in with your Fisdap credentials.

Competency Tracker 

  • Issue: Students are seeing the wrong number of actual values on Table 1 of the SMC report .
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Monday, 12/12/22.
  • Issue: Students are not getting credit on Table 2 of the SMC goal set template and Paramedic goal set template for the "Respiratory/Breathing Problem/Distress" impression, formative goal. Currently, the goal only gives credit for "Smoke Inhalation."
    • We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Monday, 12/12/22.
  • Issue: Students are not getting credit on Table 1 of the SMC report when the following scenario takes place: A student conducts a patient interview and a patient exam, meets the requirements needed for the goal but did not log a specific Item, Sign or Symptom or Impression on a patient record.
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on Monday, 12/12/22.
  • Issue: Users have reached out to ask if Competency Tracker is available on the Fisdap mobile app.
    • Update: Competency Tracker is not available on the Fisdap mobile app. Competency Tracker has been designed to be mobile responsive so you can access Competency Tracker from any mobile browser.
  • Issue: Users have shared seeing inactive students being displayed in student selection dropdown menus.
    • Update: This issue requires multiple teams to handle the development work. The first phase of development work has been completed and tested. The second phase of development work will start late December, and we anticipate the fix to be made in January 2023.
  • Issue: Users have shared that the patient count is not updating on the patient shift list.
    • Update: This issue requires multiple teams to handle the development work. The first phase of development work has been completed and is currently being tested. The second phase of development work will start late December, and we anticipate the fix to be made in January 2023.

Skills Tracker 

  • Issue: Fisdap Skills Tracker users who are trying to use the Skills Report, the report is not populating Medication Routes
    • Update: The Fisdap team investigated and found the root cause. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on the evening of Monday, 10/10/22.
  • Issue: Students are not able to create a shift when using the mobile app. Students do not have the option to add the site and base. They are seeing a message that says no sites or bases available. Issue is happening with both Android and iOS.
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on 9/29/22.  
  • Issue: Preceptor Training course images are not loading properly. Images are showing as broken links; however, the functionality is working as expected
    • Update: We have corrected this issue. Code changes were pushed to the Production environment on 10/19/22.
